Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tartavoulle Grazing Co. We take care in preparing, packaging, and shipping each order so your handcrafted board or serving piece arrives safely.
Because many of our items are handmade, custom, made-to-order, heavy, or created from natural wood, processing and shipping times may vary by product.
Order Processing Time
Order processing time is the time needed to prepare, make, finish, package, and ship your order. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Processing times may vary depending on the item ordered, customization details, engraving, material availability, order volume, and production schedule.
Estimated processing times will be listed on the product page, at checkout, or communicated during the order process when applicable.
Custom, engraved, personalized, and made-to-order items may require additional production time. If a digital proof or customer approval is required, the order timeline will not begin, or may be paused, until the required approval is received.
Orders are typically processed during regular business days, Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout when available. Shipping costs may be based on the size, weight, destination, packaging requirements, carrier rates, and shipping method selected.
Because many of our boards are heavy and require protective packaging, shipping costs may vary by item.
All shipping, delivery, handling, carrier, or packaging-related charges will be shown at checkout when applicable.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Some oversized, heavy, or custom items may have shipping limitations. If an item cannot be shipped to the address provided, we will contact you before processing the order.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout when available.
Carrier delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Tartavoulle Grazing Co. Once an order is shipped, delivery timing may be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tartavoulle Grazing Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the order has been shipped.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, you will receive tracking information if tracking is available for the shipping method used.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Customer Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Tartavoulle Grazing Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or inability of the carrier to deliver, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
P.O. Boxes and Delivery Restrictions
Some items may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes due to size, weight, carrier limitations, or packaging requirements.
For oversized or heavy items, a physical street address may be required.
Packaging
We package orders carefully to help protect each board during shipment. Because wood boards can be heavy and may have natural edges, handles, engraving, or specialty finishes, protective packaging may be necessary.
Please keep all packaging materials until you have inspected your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at goodfolks@tartavoullegrazingco.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
We must receive photos of the item and packaging in order to review a damage claim.
If we determine the item arrived damaged in shipping, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, Tartavoulle Grazing Co. may offer one of the following resolutions depending on the situation: repair, replacement, store credit/account credit, partial refund, or refund.
Please do not discard the damaged item or packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Tartavoulle Grazing Co. is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost, missing, or stolen after delivery.
If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, delivery carrier, or property office if applicable.
We will do our best to help provide tracking information, but customers may need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for lost or stolen packages.
Shipping Delays
We do our best to ship orders within the estimated timeframe provided.
If we are unable to ship your order within the time promised, we will notify you and provide options as required by applicable law. Depending on the situation, those options may include agreeing to the delay or canceling the unshipped order for a refund.
Custom, engraved, personalized, made-to-order, high-volume, holiday, or special request orders may require additional production time.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be offered only if available as an option at checkout or arranged directly with Tartavoulle Grazing Co. in writing before purchase.
If local pickup is available, pickup details and instructions will be provided after the order is ready.
Orders must not be picked up until you receive confirmation that the order is ready.
Changes After an Order Is Placed
If you need to update your shipping address or request a change, contact us as soon as possible at goodfolks@tartavoullegrazingco.com.
We will do our best to help before the order has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes, delivery changes, or cancellations can be made.
