Product Information
Tartavoulle Grazing Co. creates handcrafted grazing boards, live-edge serving pieces, custom engraved items, and Southern-inspired gifts.
Because our products are handmade from natural wood, each piece will be unique. Wood grain, knots, color variations, live edges, mineral marks, texture, and natural character are expected and are not considered defects.
Product photos shown on our website, social media, or other sales channels are examples of our work. The item you receive may vary slightly in grain, color, shape, edge, size, engraving placement, and overall appearance due to the natural materials and handcrafted process.
We do our best to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device screen will show colors exactly as they appear in person.
Measurements and Product Details
Product sizes, thicknesses, weights, and measurements may be approximate. Slight variations may occur due to natural wood shape, live edges, sanding, finishing, and the handmade nature of each piece.
Any care instructions provided with a product or listed on our website should be followed to help preserve the life and appearance of your board.
Intended Use and Care
Our boards are intended for serving, gifting, display, and home entertaining unless otherwise stated.
Wood boards should not be placed in a dishwasher, microwave, or oven. They should not be soaked in water or exposed to extreme heat, direct prolonged sunlight, or excessive moisture. Proper care is the customer’s responsibility after delivery.
Tartavoulle Grazing Co. is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, improper cleaning, neglect, storage conditions, exposure to heat or moisture, or failure to follow care instructions.
Custom, Personalized, and Made-to-Order Items
Custom, engraved, personalized, made-to-order, and special request items are created based on the information submitted by the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, names, dates, initials, logos, monograms, wording, sizes, and personalization details before placing an order. Orders may be produced using the information submitted at checkout or through written communication with us.
Tartavoulle Grazing Co. is not responsible for customer-submitted errors, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, incorrect names, incorrect initials, wrong measurements, or incorrect customization details.
Custom and made-to-order items cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Digital Proofs, Photos, and Approval
Digital proofs, layout previews, and mockups are not included as a standard part of every order.
For custom engraved or personalized orders, Tartavoulle Grazing Co. may provide a digital proof, layout preview, or mockup only when we determine one is needed before production begins.
A digital proof is a computer-generated preview only. It is used to confirm spelling, wording, layout, and general design direction before the board is engraved or produced. A digital proof does not mean the design has already been added to the board, and it does not mean a finished board has been made.
If a digital proof is provided, one reasonable revision may be requested before production begins. Additional changes may require an additional design fee.
If customer approval is required and the customer does not respond within 3 business days, production and shipping may be delayed. The order timeline will not begin, or may be paused, until the required approval is received.
We do not offer unlimited design revisions, photo approvals, finished product photos, or multiple finished product samples for selection.
Photos of the finished product will not be provided before shipping. Final photo approval is not part of the order process.
Customer-Submitted Designs, Logos, and Content
If you submit a logo, name, phrase, image, design, artwork, or other content for engraving or customization, you confirm that you have the legal right, license, or written permission to use that content.
Tartavoulle Grazing Co. does not claim ownership of customer-submitted content. However, by submitting content to us, you give Tartavoulle Grazing Co. permission to use that content only for the purpose of creating your order.
We cannot reproduce, engrave, sell, or customize products using protected logos, trademarks, copyrighted artwork, team logos, school or university marks, business logos, characters, brand names, or other intellectual property unless proper permission, licensing, or authorization is provided.
This includes, but is not limited to, college and university logos, professional sports team logos, school mascots, Greek organization marks, company logos, designer brand logos, characters, and copyrighted artwork.
Tartavoulle Grazing Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any customization request that we believe may be unlawful, unauthorized, infringing, offensive, inappropriate, or outside the scope of our brand or production abilities.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that any submitted design, logo, phrase, image, or artwork does not violate another person’s or company’s intellectual property rights.
Submitting a design or logo does not guarantee that Tartavoulle Grazing Co. will accept or produce the requested customization.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. This includes your name, billing information, shipping address, email address, phone number, and order details.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, production limitations, or issues with the information provided.
Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and processing times listed on our website are estimates unless otherwise stated. Custom, engraved, and made-to-order items may require additional production time.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Tartavoulle Grazing Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times may be affected by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, delays, or circumstances outside of our control.
If we are unable to ship your order within the time promised, we will notify you and provide options as required by applicable law.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged items, incorrect items, and custom order issues are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
